Hardy classic Caesar Salad with Marinated Grilled Breast of Chicken. Includes a Roll and Butter
    Cilantro Pesto Chicken and Fruit Salad:

    The Soup and Salad Bar:
This Gourmet Salad Bar will let you create a Greek, Chef, or Chicken Caesar Salad or even combination of all three. One even gets to choose from a Cream Soup and a Brothy Soup.
This Buffet includes Rolls, Crackers and Butter.
    The Italian Sub Platter:
Our Famous Simply D’s Italian Sub Sandwich served with Pasta Salad and Hot Minestrone Soup.
Minimum order for Twelve or more

Please add .50 to the price of per person for a Chef to  Man a Performance Station.

    Caesar Salad Station:
The presentation that the chef will toss the romaine lettuce with parmesan cheese, and toasted crutons, served with Caesar dressing.

    Meat Carving Station:
Steamship Round of Beef
Mini rolls, mustard , mayo, béarnaise sauce, and horseradish sauce

    Roast Tenderloin Station:
Whole roasted tenderloin carved to order and Served with mini assorted rolls, assorted mustards, sliced French bread and béarnaise sauce

    Ham or Turkey Station:
Baked ham or roasted whole turkey carved fresh with mini assorted rolls, mustard, mayo, cranberry relish or apple relish.
    Ruben Station:
The classic mini Ruben is put together and toasted on a grill with the traditional ingredients that include Thousand Island Dressing, Mustard, Corn Beef, Sauerkraut, and Rye Bread
    Make your own Taco Station:
This is a fun station with crispy tortillas, flour tortillas, hot taco meat, chili con queso, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa, and guacamole. This station has a nice presentation to it and it is everybody's favorite
    Deluxe Fruit and Chocolate Station:
This is a chocolate and fruit station is a sweet tooth’s delight with milk chocolate fountain for dipping. There will be strawberries, kiwi fruit, cantaloupe, pineapple, mango, and papaya
